Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Shuoke Global Hardware Products Limited. We are committed to ensuring you receive your order quickly and at a reasonable price. Please read our logistics terms carefully below. 

1. Lead Time

All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after order placement.

Customized orders may take longer, up to 5-10 business days, depending on the product type and quantity.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number after your order is shipped. 

 

2. Logistics

 1) Express

We support shipping to most countries and regions. Shipping costs was calculated by destination and weight at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time :  Asia: 4-7 business days

US/Canada/Europe/Australia: 6-10 business days.

Other Countries:about 7-12 working days.

Customs and Taxes: International orders may incur import duties, VAT, or other fees, plz pay it when you receive the parcel.

 

 2) Air Freight

This shipping method also by air, but it takes longer time, approximately 10-15 business days. It's relatively cheaper than express delivery.

It's DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), you don't need to clear customs and pay duties, and the goods will be delivered to your door.

 

3) Sea /Train Freight

If you have a large quantity, you can choose sea shipping, which is the most economical and takes the longest time, approximately 30-45 working days to US,Canada,Austria.It will take about 45-60 working days to Europe.

And for Europe,we have train shipping ,it takes less time ,about 30-45 working days.Shipping costs are calculated by destination and weight at checkout.

 Most countries and regions, we have the DDP service. If can ship to you by DDP,you don't need to clear customs and pay duties, and the goods will be delivered to your door. If our logistics cannot deliver to your location by DDP, we will keep you informed.

 

3. Order Tracking

 We will update the tracking number ,and you will receive an email with a tracking link.

 You can check the logistics status by your side.

 

 4. Logistics Restrictions and Exceptions

 We do not currently support PO Boxes, military addresses, or other special areas.

 Some dangerous goods, bulky items, or customized products may have special shipping requirements; please confirm before placing your order.

 Customers are responsible for logistics issues caused by incorrect addresses. We will try our best to verify before shipping, but cannot guarantee complete avoidance.

 

5. Handling Loss, Damage, or Delays

 If your package has not arrived [7-14 days] after the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, please contact us by email: sales01@shuokecrafts.com/shuokecrafts@gmail.com.

 We will cooperate with the logistics carrier to investigate and provide a replacement or full refund (depending on the circumstances).

 Packages marked "Delivered" but not received by the customer will require a [7-day] waiting period before formal compensation can be processed.

 

6. Returns and Logistics

 Return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer (unless there is a product quality issue).

 Please refer to our [Return Policy] for details. Order Cancellation: Please contact us as soon as possible before order processing/shipment.

Note: Logistics time is an estimate and may be delayed due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, holidays, and customs. We will do our best to minimize such situations, but we are not liable for indirect losses caused by delays. If there are any policy adjustments, the latest version shall prevail.
