RFQ in 4 steps

Send requirements — style, size, color, quantity, logo need, destination country
Quote — unit price, MOQ, sample cost, and lead time (usually 24–48h)
Sample approval — approve logo / finish samples before mass production
Production & ship — QC, then dispatch; payment via Hong Kong company account

Payment: 30% deposit to start · 70% balance before shipment (after final QC confirmation).
