Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your contract of purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the last item of your order. If the withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), please use the return request link provided in your SMS order confirmation.

We will provide you with the return address in mainland China upon confirmation.
Effects of Withdrawal
Upon receipt of your returned goods, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).
We will process your refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery
- Goods which have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
